The check in process was not so great. We arrived at about 3:30 pm. There is no signage instructing you were to park. I waiting in the car on the street while my wife went to check in. There was no one at the front desk for a long time before she found someone in an office and asked where to park. We parked and went and checked in - all went pretty smoothly once we found someone to check us in. The place is very nice. However, when we got to the room , we noticed that the tv remote would work. We called and a hostess came up and after a while got it working. It worked just long enough to get logged into our Prime Video and U-tube TV accounts, then it quit working. The next morning when I went to take a shower just before check out time, there was no soap in the dispenser. We couldn't get the remote to work again so that we could sign out of our accounts for Prime Video and U-tube TV. Another hosts came up and brought a second remote but couldn't get either to work. We waited around for about 30 minutes but apparently the TV was working (not the remotes). We finally checked out and left. It seems like this new place doesn't have all of its procedures down. The elevators are quite different. We couldn't figure out how to get into the locked gate of the pool (keypad, so your room card didn't work). It would be nice to have instructions written down and left in the room about how the elevator works, how to get into the pool area, etc.
