The check-in was quick, the room was clean and the staff were friendly (even helping me to procure toothpaste).

The property is actually really beautiful and well designed. It was very clean and the staff was awesome. However the rooms themselves felt outdated while everything was newm

Great location, within a short walking distance of the Grand Central Market, the MOCA, and Disney Concert Hall. Stayed during its opening week. It's a newly renovated building right in downtown LA. Would stay again and will be recommending.

Hotel Clark was beautiful-- specifically the lobby and restaurant patio. Isaiah, who helped us check in, was very kind. The hot water didn't work in our shower and the fridge in the room was extremely small, only big enough to hold water bottles but no leftover food. Parking was $60 a night. For some reason, the travel distance to my location the next morning was way longer than the website initially estimated (instead of 0.4 miles it was 13.2 miles).

Overall this was a nice hotel. They’re in the middle of a renovation, but it’s still an older hotel at heart so keep in mind the elevators will be slow. But the staff is super friendly and helpful. I was there over Halloween weekend and they had events going on, so the bar wasn’t open it’s regular hours, which was fine, just a little unusual. Decent location depending on where you’re trying to go in LA. My only complaint was the shower. It has half glass so the bathroom is going to get wet. It took a long time for the water to heat up for the majority of my stay, but the last night it heated relatively quickly so that issue seems fixed. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Everything at the Hotel Clark was exceptional from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The staff at the door, at the desk and other staff we encountered were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and were able to check in early. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were able to rest before going to the concert and it was easy to get back to our hotel and room. We had a restful, uneventful night's sleep. I am only sorry we were only there for one night, it would have been nice to try out the pool, eat at Votana or try out the Lobby Lounge. It made us feel really special to receive the letter and postcard that let us know we were Founding Guests, among the first guests. We hope to return soon! Thank you, Martin & Alina

New hotel (2026), very clean, some things were over looked, You can't run the air conditioner with the curtains closed as they are floor to ceiling and the mini blinds are not black out, only the curtains, which are directly in front of the AC unit, so close that the air return sucks them up while trying to run which means no air flow No door on the showers, the hand held sprayer wand is mounted on the right side of the shower wall instead of the left, so if not adjusted so close to the back wall it will spray out onto the bathroom floor. There are no vent fans in the bathrooms and no electric antifog mirror, So hopefully you don't expect to use the mirror after you shower as wiping the mirror does nothing for the amount of fog after a 10 minute shower. No outlets in the closets on the 10th floor for the iron they have, you have to move or look behind the furniture and get lucky, same with the bedside charging on one side of the bed only. Below the head board. Beds are very firm, no give if you weight under 150lbs
