When I booked the hotel, I mentioned in my booking notes that I require a quiet room because of previous sleep disturbance. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was on the 1st floor facing the main street with cars passing by and had to request a room change. When they changed the room, the second room was all dusty (I could scoop the dust with my finger on the table and window pane) that I had to grab one of the house keepers to vacuum the floor (it did not solve the problem). They also charge for the room water which is absurd, and they don't allow for the sparkling water bottle I ordered downstairs in the lobby to bring it back up to the room). The App was also not working, and it took them multiple phone calls to deliver a single pillow. Horrible customer service, bad system, also wifi had an issue, the bed was uncomfortable, nothing was quite right. I stayed at Vincci Maritimo before and had a good experience, so I was very surprised how poor this hotel is. Breakfast was also bad. Nothing really good here. I would recommend choosing other hotels if for the same price range.
