I had to clean the toilet and bathtub in order for me to use it. I saw little bugs the same place I see them when I stayed in February and report it. Nothing was taken care of.

I stayed at Paradise Inn while attending a conference in the area and had a great experience! The self-check-in process was easy and convenient, and I appreciated being able to get settled without any hassle. The new management was welcoming, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. You can really tell they’re putting time and effort into making improvements to the property and creating a great experience for their guests. At one point, I accidentally locked myself out of my room, and management was quick to respond and help me get back inside. They were so kind about it and made what could have been a stressful situation easy to resolve. That level of care and service really stood out to me. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attention the new management is giving the place. Thank you for making it such a positive experience—I hope to visit again in the future!
