This is a Great Hotel and Great Staff as well the location is perfect inside the Old Town of Rhodes. It was my first time and found it on hotels.com and was extremely surprised in a Good Way with the Staff, the cleanliness and the comfort, with all being so close to the port and everything. I would Highly Recommend to anyone looking to visit the Old Town or Port of Rhodes.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They helped me when there was confusion over my airport transfer. In other matters, it is worth noting that the Wine Suites does not have resident staff and so it might be worth going to the Wine Hotel directly if you arrive late at night as I did.

This is a fantastic hotel. We had originally booked into the wine suites, but they had a spare room available in the hotel and thought that would be better for us as a family of four. Very thoughtful. The rooms are spotless and the staff very friendly. On our departure, they drove us to the old Town gates to make it easier for us with luggage as we were catching an early ferry. We would definitely book again.

The transfers at both ends were appalling. We stood at the side of the road for 30 minutes waiting for the golf cart when we arrived. We stood in a dirty car park, having been delivered by the golf cart 30 mins

Hic gerek olmadigi halde hergun havlularimiz degistirildi. Oda zaten temizlendi. Bizim alel acele cikarken saga sola attigimiz pijamalarimizi bile katlayip birakmislar ❤️ Calisanlar asiri yardimci problem cozucu anlayisli ve guler yuzlu... Kahvalti menuleri kompakt son derece yeterli ve lezzetli Odamizda muslukla ilgili bir sorun yasadik aninda odayi degistirdiler. Valizlerimizi kendileri alip bizi limana transfer ettiler. Ustleik kendileri teklif ettiler. Her sey kusursuz ve mukemmeldi. Otel limana son derece yakin. 5 dk da yuruyebiliyorsunuz. Valiz cekelemek asla sorun olmuyor. Onun disinda da son derece merkezi istedigi iz her yere yuruyerek gidebiliyorsunuz... Siddetle tavsiye ederim!

We had an excellent stay at The Wine Suites Hotel. We stayed in Room 201, which was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 children. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old Town, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast, which was included in our stay. Everything was delicious, from the pancakes to the sandwiches. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home every morning at breakfast, and their kindness really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again

Frühstück a la carte hervorragend und hohe Qualität.
