Upon arrival, we realized that another company was renting out apartments there, and it seems the owner of this specific unit is renting it out privately, following a similar model.
To start with, the view is unparalleled, and access to the pool is fantastic. The area itself is truly excellent for a hassle-free vacation.
However, we faced difficulties in locating the exact spot and coordinating our check-in.
Inside the apartment, there are sufficient amenities, but the building itself appears a bit dated.
There was a strong, persistent smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, which became truly unbearable by the last day.
The double bed wasn't particularly comfortable; it felt as though it sloped inward!
The sofa bed wasn't really comfortable for a stay of several nights, and once both beds were set up, they took up the entire living room space. Even without being unfolded, the sofa isn't suitable for anyone taller than 130 cm to sleep on.
The balcony is a wonderful place to sit, but if you turn on the air conditioning, it generates a lot of noise and heat.
We were required to transfer a mandatory government accommodation fee to a specific account; this involved the hassle of banking procedures, and we had to cover the extra transaction fees ourselves.
We had a dog with us. After the initial payment, the owner remembered this and asked us to make a separate payment for the pet to the same account, which meant we ended up paying the bank fees twice!
