"We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having plug sockets on both sides of the bed, but this really didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was more than adequate and a lovely place to relax, gym was good as well! We also had food at the bar, which was very good. There was a slight issue with one of our meals, but I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the waiters and manager dealt with it. They resolved everything straight away, and the way they handled it definitely left a very positive impression.
