My friends and I were in town for a wedding and this is the only hotel for miles around, which is the only reason we still ended up staying. Several of us have booked the reservation months before hand, and when we checked in, they claimed that none of us had paid for the reservation. We presented receipts and confirmation emails, but the only way that they would let us stay is if we showed them our bank statement that had the charge actually on it. Otherwise, they wanted us to pay again. We are not the only guests they did this too. I understand if there are issues with the website or something, but the fact that they are doing it to every person seems sketchy. On top of that, their attitude about it was instantly negative and it was literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We were tired and just needed a place to lay down so we were willing to pay again and asked for a phone number to call to get the charges figured out. The lady at the front desk said, and I quote “ There is no number. You haven’t paid.” When I got to my room, the AC wasn’t on and the room was 90°. So I went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. Their response was to go to my room (as if they didn’t believe me), turn on the AC, and tell me it’ll be cool in a few minutes. Of course I wanted a different room. It eventually happened, but I got a lot of attitude for it. The roomsthemselves were clean. That’s about all they’ve got going on. I wouldn’t stay here if you could help it.
