I was NOT even able to access my room, because the hotel hid a special check-in term in their terms and conditions that meant I was NOT allowed to check-in after midnight. They did not mention this in advance. And when I told them I would be arriving at 1am, several days before my booking, they did not even reply or remind me that I could not check in that late and give me an opportunity to cancel the booking. so they took my money, I didn't get a room, had to pay for another room on hotels.com and when I complained to hotels.com, they couldn't care less and just said "rules are rules." Terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible everything.
