Clean room Quiet, well maintained. Close to Schofield base which is were my son works, so it was convenient. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of variety. Very tasty. Had to pay for parking, it was secured. Couldn't enter or exit with out key. So safe! The new transit train stops right close.

The hotel is newer, and shopping, restaurants, and other food options are approximately 7–15 minutes away. The staff are all very friendly, and they have the best breakfast selection compared to all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. Parking is $42 per day, and it’s easy to find a spot. We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it for another two days! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

The hotel was new. It was a month old during our stay. Very nice hotel but it was difficult to get the rooms clean, they clean the rooms every other day but they didn’t clean ours for three days. I had to go to the desk to ask for my room to be cleaned. My daughter and her husband‘s room was never cleaned, and the TV wasn’t working…Other than that, it’s a good hotel and priced right.

The property is nice and in a good location if you don’t want to stay in Waikiki or downtown. I was disappointed in how expensive the parking was ($42 a night). Most of the staff are nice and very helpful. Particularly the front desk staff. On the morning of checkout, my rental car had a low tire pressure. The girl(I didn’t get her name, but I checked out at 4:00am) at the front desk went above and beyond to try to find a tire pump. If there’s one thing negative about the hotel: There was one employee at the bar/restaurant that made me feel like I was not a valued guest. I picked up some lunch from outside for me and my family. We sat at an empty table inside to eat our lunch. The employee told us that we had to eat outside since our food was not from the hotel restaurant. At this time, there was no one in the restaurant except for maybe two other people. I told her that we were guests and that it was too hot outside.

The property has only been open for a month and unfortunately, they are not fully staffed, which is probably why I only had a three star experience. It appeared that housekeeping only serviced rooms when guests checked out. We stayed four nights and always had to ask at the front desk or find a housekeeper to request fresh towels and to have our trash emptied. The hotel has a full bar and they do serve food, which is also nice because you may have to wait for quite a while before you can check into your room. We did. That became tiresome because after flying several hours, the last thing you want is to sit around several more hours before being able to check into your room. Overall, the staff is very nice. However, it was Ben who helped make our stay enjoyable. He works the bar, the front desk and fills in wherever he is needed or sees a need to ensure the guests are having a positive experience. Honestly, Ben should be used to train some of the staff…he was that good. The pool area is nicely landscaped and enjoyable to sit out on to relax. We enjoyed breakfast there each morning. The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. The fitness center is adequate and well equipped. The hotel is a nice facility with some ( major) kinks to work out, but once they do that I believe it could be at least a four star experience (for me).

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.. i think one of the manager was around too he was helping and greeting every one .. very welcoming place… Very clean room(i usually lift this and that but our room is one of the cleanest we’ve been.Great job for the housekeeping) My son said , it’s like home away from home.. Very good breakfast(awesome cooks) and the buffet area was clean Amenities .. water and ice dispenser was very helpful as i love to make coffee and hubby loves his ice in his soda. All amenities we needed were available. Highly recommended place!

Property recently opened, so staffing the correct amount of employees was challenging. Only one bar and eatery with conflicting open times. Wash room has only 2 washers and 2 dryers for both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House at Hoopili. The week we booked was totally sold-out. We needed a handicap room, but wasn't able to get it. Breakfast buffet was available every morning and included with our stay. The breakfast was excellent. Upon check in, our room wasn't ready.
