The location is perfect - near the train and bus station, and walking distance from all the shoos, restaurants, and sites if interest. The staff are all fabulous. The rooftop bar was lovely. My room was fantastic!

A clean, modern and stylish hotel located in central Gloucester next to the station and reasonably priced Q car park. The room was cosy and comfortable for myself, partner, baby and dog. I’d book again without hesitation.

Girlie weekend that didn’t disappoint! The hotel was amazing!! The staff were all so friendly helpful and professional! The rooms so lovely and clean and the beds were so comfortable! Decoration throughout the hotel was very tasteful and modern. Food in the restaurant was delicious and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and insane views!! Highly recommend and will certainly be looking to stay in another IHG Hotel.

Lovely new hotel. Staff very helpful. Only issue was large queue for breakfast. Waited a long time for a table and then drinks/food were running low. Perhaps people can be asked to pick a time slot on busy weeekend

Love the hotel overall. I have stayed in the queen rooms a few times and cannot recommend them enough. However the suites are NOT good value for money. You basically get the same amenities as a queen size room with a bit more living space for double the price. Really not worth the money. Staff are really polite and helpful though.
