All staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made good recommendations for places to dine. They also offer a great tea menu from which you can order anytime you like for free. The mini bar is free too. The way they present the relics installed at the hotel is clever. By scanning the QR code next to each piece you can watch an interpretive video which is very informative. Each room has a different theme coming with similar video.
