This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all.
Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French.
Information regarding your access to the apartment and to request linen and towels is there in the email…in French. If you don’t speak French…you will be lost like I was when I showed up to the property.
Linens and towels will cost you extra $$$. You also have to bring your own soap and toilet paper as they won’t supply it to you or offer to sell you these items either.
