Nous avons été très agréablement logés, tout très propre, facile de récupérer et de rendre les clés. Toilettes et cuisine à partager mais aucun souci rencontré, les autres hôtes discrets. Cet appartement est très bien situé, facile de trouver métro ou bus pour aller en ville, et même à pieds. Une supérette tout près de l’immeuble. Bref, nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit! Nos alojamos muy bien, todo muy limpio, fácil de recoger y devolver las llaves. Baños y cocina para compartir, pero no se encontraron preocupaciones, los otros huéspedes discretos. Este apartamento está muy bien situado, es fácil encontrar el metro o el autobús para ir a la ciudad, e incluso a pie. Un supermercado muy cerca del edificio. En resumen, ¡realmente recomendamos este lugar!

Very centrally located and close to the station as we needed to take an early morning train. Restaurants, pharmacies and groceries were all within walking distance. The shared bathroom was also fine at the place except for the toilet paper. Wish the quality of the tp was better. Overall, a very good place and value for money.

Yo cogí una habitación doble con baño privado, es amplia, con una mesa y 2 sillas para comer y muy limpia. Hay acceso a cocina con todos los electrodomésticos para poder cocinar, nevera con separador por habitación. Hay lavadora servicio de pago pero no la usé. Hay supermercados Aldi y Día a cada lado del portal, supermercado asiático y latino en la misma calle. Muchos restaurantes, bares ycine. Parada de bus a 3 minutos y metro Delicias a 7 minutos, calle con muchas tiendas. Lo único que no me gustó es que la puerta de la habitación no se podía bloquear desde dentro.

Good place. Good location a few blocks for transportation. I stay for 6 nights check in it was fine instructions were ok but read all the descriptions on the list for a 1-3 nights is a perfect place. But over 3 days is up to you. We bought our own toilet paper and deal with the same sheets for 6 nights. Just read the rules.

Buena ubicación, te puedes mover en autobús o metro super cómodamente. Atocha esta a 5 min en autobús, yo me fui 6am y no tuve tema con el transporte. La habitación está limpia aunque olía un poco a tabaco pero creo que el huésped anterior estuvo fumando y se quedó impregnado. También el roomie preparó mariscos y el departamento quedó impregnado con olor a pescado por días... estaría bueno que dejen algun aromatizante o neutralizador de olores. Ojo: ponle protectores a las ruedas de tu maleta que el piso de Madrid me rompió una llanta.

Better not book here if you do late-check in. They will charge extra €40 after 11pm, if I know in advance, I would choose the other option. Check-in is a hassle could be simplified. From morning getting messages from staff o plan it and they won't turn up on time. Waited 30min in 4C. Key to the building entrance, as others mentioned, does not work easily. Other guests struggled with getting in. Room looks superficially clean. Check your socks though :) dust and hairs. Walls are super thin, you hear everything. Shower is miniature, flooded the bathroom floor and corridor. Staff seems caring though. Just probably too much for them to manage.

Considerando o custo, é um aluguel até justo. O local é bem localizado, com mercados e restaurantes ao redor, além de ser próximo a saídas de metrô. O anfitrião sempre deu retorno de forma rápida também, através do app do Hotels. Porem, os pontos um pouco mais negativos que destaco é em relação a estrutura, pois as paredes eram extremamente finas ao ponto de “ouvir a respiração” das pessoas do quarto ao lado - era possível de ouvir principalmente quando alguém ia ao banheiro. O chuveiro está com defeito e alagava o banheiro a cada banho. A porta de entrada do prédio é bem difícil de abrir também.
