This hotel was all I needed. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Only downside was the waiting time to get a table for dinner.

The bathroom was unexpectedly luxurious, sparkling clean with huge thick towel, water temperature and pressure excellent, room was quiet, clean, odor free with comfortable bed and cozy sheets. The foyer was a little run down but the location and sound control near the airport was great. Definitely recommend it for convenience to the airport easily within walking distance..

Okay hotel for quick stay one or two nights. Free wifi sucks to the point where you need to spend the night £5 for upgraded wifi service for 25 hr period.

I had to go find a staff to check in, but I was still happy with the service.

Hotel was good, nothing around the area, no restaurants. Hotel has restaurant downstairs but you have to wait longer , need reservation, it’s only place where you could eat. If you’re going on a cruise better stay near central station.

The staff were super friendly and full of information. The curry dinners at the restaurant, Thyme, in the hotel was OUTSTANDING!! Excellent stay!

Great location. Easy walk to train station and right at airport's doorstep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Exceeded our expectations.

Place is basic and ok. Shower is fine (not great) and bathroom generally is plastic and very basic. This is a very basic airport hotel, overpriced for what it is.

Quite pleased with service all around. I checked in early and there was a fee but not what other hotels in area are charging. No food available until 5:00pm. That’s when restaurant opens. Food choices were good for evening meals

Clean rooms but very hard to find a hotel staff member since this is no service counter it main lobby. You enter a small foyer with a sit down chair at a podium, that’s your first impression of the hotel.
