The place was generally kept clean. The check in process was a little challenging since there was only one staff to handle a flood of people. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities were adequate for its purpose. The in-house restaurant was very good. The breakfast buffet was adequate for any traveller. The location was close to town center with plenty of shops to choose from. And, it was close to the cruise port where we would embark for another journey.

The air conditioning was not working but we had fans. It was a very uncomfortable stay. If they had given us the option to get a refund and get another hotel, I would have left. They could have told us that their a/c didn’t work before we got there. I won’t stay again at any Premiere Inn.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Centrally located. We were just there for one night for cruise. The location is walkable from the bus station. The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. I love the bed mattress. Close to the cruise port. We took a cab and paid 10.00 pounds. The hotel has a phone that you can call to make transfer arrangements. Very convenient.

Como que um hotel em pleno verão com temperaturas acima de 30 graus, fica sem ar-condicionado e com as janelas lacradas? Terrível. Passei apenas uma noite, pois ia pegar o cruzeiro no dia seguinte. Noite terrível. Cheguei 22:00 no hotel e não tive nem como procurar outro. Sem contar que, quando cheguei a atendente só falou que não tinha ar-condicionado e nem deixou eu falar nada, apenas me deu as chaves e sumiu. O hotel tinha que ter compensado pelo inconveniente. Nunca passei por algo assim em um hotel. Um calor absurdo e os funcionários nem atenção deram para abrir janelas ou algo do tipo. Apenas falavam para tomar banho. Quer falar isso para Brasileiros? Parece até brincadeira… acho que esquecem que tomamos mais de um banho por dia. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo. Nem o café deram de graça.
