Lovely staff, okay food and breakfast. Clean room but it had a funky smell, almost like it was smoked in. We told the staff but I think they did't smell it like we did. Overall nice stay, just the smell that made it worse than the other hotels.

Could had been better

It needs a total renovation! The staff are super professional. The room I had was the handicapped suite. Molds in the shower cabin. No toilet brush. Poor flush on toilet and sink. Dirty curtains. Funky smell in the room. Expensive parking ! The carpet needs a deep clean. The buttons in the elevator barely worked. Descent good breakfast and lovely staff. Paid 190 for two nights. It’s not a hotel you will enjoy spending your day in, only 1 tv channel. They were renovating the room above with no warning they started 8.30 until 18pm

Hotel and staff were extremely helpful. Never had any issues while staying here. Bed was super comfortable, and the room was huge for what i expected. Not sure why the shower was a foot higher than the floor, and to get out was quite dangerous when your wet, and the floor is damp. But the rooms are excellent. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The hotel buffet breakfast was ok. English breakfast, so keep that in mind. I had dinner on Night 1. Maybe the most tasteless steak i’ve ever had. But it was cooked. Wish the room had a fridge / microwave. Luckily the hotel is 1 block away from a proper market.

The carpet throughout was awful and dirty. Our room key did not work to keep the lights on and the shower knob was broken and we could not shower. The manager was very impatient with us when we were the paying customer that didn't have a shower and the power kept going on and off. Other guest were complaining about the slow and rude service as well. The location to the stadium and train was great but stay somewhere else!

Canceled Flight, Refused Hotel Payment Refund

I overpaid for the the rooms by a day and realized my mistake immediately and asked for a refund of the one day. The hotel refused. Then Air Canada canceled my flight because of the staff strike. I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. I will never book the hotel again. Additionally, I paid for protection. My claim was declined because notice of the strike had been served when I booked the hotel. The insurance company did not consider that as at the day I made my hotel booking, the day of my intended travel was not covered by the intended strike and the intended strike was also not firmed by the staff. Hotels.com did not advocate for me enough too.

Trevlig personal men en del var svåra att förstå (bröt på annat språk). Alldeles för lite personal i restaurangen. Vi bokade bord till 8.30 pm första kvällen, vi fick bordet 9.05 och fick beställa 9.40. När maten kom var hälften kallt! Menyn var dessutom ganska klen. Även frukosten var klen, bara bröd, yoghurt och varmt, inget pålägg till brödet. Vår toalett var trasig, stod och rann och förde oväsen hela första natten. En reparatör var där o kolla och sa han hade fixat det tillfälligt. Det var väldigt tillfälligt för det höll i en halv dag!

Nåja, til det meste, men fantastisk seng

Frokost: Vel, ja, det er såpass at du blir mett, men ikke noe å skryte av. Rom: Stort, men utrolig slitt. Lite kleshengere. Skyvedør til badet er så tung at jeg måtte ha hjelp av min mann til å åpne og lukke den. Seng: Fantastisk! Lenge siden jeg har sovet i en så god seng. Selv putene var gode. Eneste som trekker ned for meg er dobbel dyne, da jeg helst ville hatt min egen.
