Had a great stay here - location was perfect for us

The carpets were pretty dirty. There was no phone in the room. The bathrooms and linens were very clean. No Kleenex. The staff was great and any needed supplies were brought very quickly. The breakfast was good but not included in the price of the hotel which was unusual. It is very close to shopping.

Super central beliggenhed ved Leicester square

Fantastic location right in Leicester Square. We had a Premier Plus room so a reasonable size (for London standards) with good amenities including WiFi. Good quality breakfast with plenty of options.
