We stayed in the room with a king bed. I love the concept of this staffless hotel. Instructions for accessing the room were easy and the room was very clean. The closet of toiletries was fantastic even though we didn't end up needing anything. Room has a mini fridge, perfect for leftovers or drinks. The bed was extremely soft and clean, both hubby and I slept great. Shower was nice as well!

We stayed the weekend while visiting Hocking Hills. It was just right for 2 people. The room was clean and the supply closet was stocked. I had never stayed in a staff-less hotel but it pleasant. We walked to dinner both nights and visited the local pub to end the nights and felt safe walking back. I would recommend and stay again. My only critique would be that the bathroom fan was very loud.

There was no front desk personnel so one could worry but no need to. The security in access was good without making it difficult. Also access to supplies was easier than a normal hotel as you did not have to track down maid. You just to the well supplied room.

Room was clean, comfortable beds. Liked the access to extra towels, but needs a designated area to place soiled towels. We stayed during the renovation and some of the workers were overly noisy, cheering and yelling early. This coupled with road work (road work not under hotel’s control), woke us up. We had no issues with ice, but when the hotel is full, I bet the ice capacity is too low. Overall a good stay, except for overly loud renovation crew.

We booked this hotel last minute and could not have been happier! I think this was the cleanest and quietest property we have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy and we were provided a code to get in the front door and into our room. We only stayed one night and I wished we had been able to stay longer. Logan is a cute little town and we enjoyed walking around and going into the little businesses. We would definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area.

Very clean, modern, quiet, pleasant, super comfortable bed. I could tell they thought of every detail, from how the towels were folded, to the coffee bar in the lobby, to the huge bowl of complimentary Halloween candy in the seating area, and especially the QR code on the room door that linked to a video of someone literally opening that exact door using the digital keypad! Outstanding hidden gem in Logan, Ohio. Coming back again is a no-brainer. Well-done!!

Great Staff-less Hotel

Clean room, staff less concept. Stayed in twin room. 2queen beds, small fridge, and shower. There was a guest supply closet with additional toiletries and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in common area. Was low on hot chocolate and asked, fixed within the hour! I will stay here again when I come back to visit Hocking Hills.

This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some sort to wipe it off. Other then that this was a nice lil place.

The room and the whole facility were renovated and modernized. The smallish room was very clean and comfortable. We used the refrigerator, and there was a microwave available. The coffee bar was just steps from our room, and we took full advantage. The Mulberry was close to the few restaurants in town, which was convenient after a day of hiking.

It was easy enough to navigate and get inside, and it was clean, but it felt like staying in a dorm room. The advertised photos of inside the room strategically don't show the cinder block walls or, even more dishonestly, they are edited out so it looks like a regular smooth wall. The bare cinder block makes it feel cheap and sterile, even though there are modern touches of decor. There were no tissues (but hey, there was a Bible, maybe I can make that useful as a paper product!) The bed was comfortable, it was quiet everywhere, and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
