Worst service Ever!!

I didn't get to go on my vacation because you canceled my room! Then o was harrassed by you employees everyday throufh calls and messages! On top of everything, you tried taking money out of my bank account!! I owe you nothing! How can you charge for a canceled room?! I will never book through your company or refer anyone to you!!

My stay was horrible. The first room we had wasn’t cleaned and messed like urine. There was no tv in the room. We asked to be moved and that room had a tv that didn’t and no remote. There were insects flying around. The party that was with us had to be moved too. The room had no refrigerator. That room also was dirty and smelled too like mold.

The hotel sheets were dirty. Ask the staff for a broom I had to go buy one.the pool was not open two days. I was there. It was not told to me. It has great beach access. I would wait about two years before going back if I did do. I left today early because I just felt like I was ready to go home because of the experience. It will be a great hotel in a couple of years, but as of this moment, it is not.

this hotel wasn't even avail when we arrived. i wasn't notified that i would be displaced and the room i was displaced to was not even close to what I paid for. i would like a refund on half of the money spent. i was forced to go over budget due to my accommodations and i was displeased all the way around.

Hotel under renovation

The hotel is under renovation, pools are closed and under poor conditions (they changed owner) they’re doing the best possible to keep the hotel working . Bad things There was no house keeping during our stay Our rooms floor was dirty it wasn’t cleaned the right way when we first got there We only had 1/4 of toilet paper No trash bags in the room and just 1 thrash can Pools were closed Parking lot was also closed Good A/c worked perfectly 2 min away from the beach Beds were comfortable Room was big Noise free area We had microwave , mini fridge and coffee machine inside the room

Do not book here. You have been warned

The rooms were clean. That's the only plus. Now for the good stuff No parking. Had to fight for spots. Hot water was nonexistent. Coffee maker didn't work. Balcony in room was off limits with a sign. Pillows were half size. All pools were closed and in need of severe repairs. No TV. Beach front had no furniture. Exterior was badly worn from environment. Parking Garage is closed and under repairs. Lobby was at another building and never open in the morning. The hallways always smelled like Marijuana when the building obviously states "No Smoking" Only a few vehicles had the parking permit in window, so obviously parking was not enforced. The whole experience has made us not want to ever go back to Myrtle Beach. Just an entire garbage of a hotel. Absolute trash

Completely disappointed

The pictures of this "resort" are nit representative of the property. None of the pools, restaurants, nor the fitness are open. We reserved a king sized bed with a kitchenette. We got 2 douole beds with no kitchenette. There were no linens in the room. They informed us when we arrived they didnt have that available. Half the rooms dont have tvs and there is no WiFi. They are under new management and need to renovate the entire property before anyone should stay there.

Do not stay here!! This place is a scam! The pictures are fake the pools have no water in them!! It is dirty and nasty!! I booked a 4 bedroom apartment for June 20-22, 2025 which is not even offered and now I am having issues being refunded even though it was false advertising and I didn’t stay there, misrepresentation and fraudulent! It is literally illegal to allow someone to purchase something that isn’t offered and then not refund them! Do not book here it’s a scam and they will lie over and over about refunds! I have contacted the BBB and the FTC!

Disgusting Nasty Trash—-Don’t book!!

Do NOT book this hotel.Pictures are not of this hotel.Told us they did not have our room after traveling all that way.Wanted to give us a smaller room and people sleep on the floor.No TV’s in the hotel worked.The old name was Sea Mist Hotel. Look it up on TikTok and see videos others have posted, absolutely disgusting.Wish I would have researched before booking, never again. Glad they say they didn’t have our room. Blessing in disguise. This should be illegal.

The pictures amd seeing it person does not and i mean does not match. False advertisement at its finest. The office was hot, had 2 people that look no older than 17. While i was standing in line i was overhearing what other people had to say. But i took it upon myself to see for my self and when i say they wasn’t wrong. They wasn’t. The pools look like still water that looked and smelled toxic, the room was disguising, parking was crazy. Walking to the room all i could smell was a sewer smell, like someone was smoking weed, diapers and trash all over the place. I went back to the front office and told i guess the manger that i needed a refund and he agreeded(i haven’t yet to receive). I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be staying in filth

Run, this Hotel is disgusting! You’ve been warned

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First the pictures are very misleading and the hotel doesn’t have anything to offer as it was stated. The rooms had bugs and poop on the wall, the elevator did not work and the fire alarms were ripped from the walls! Trash left in the rooms and beds not made up. There was no towels, tissue, nor soap in the room. The pool area was NASTY no way anyone could swim in it, there was trash piled up along side the walk way. The t.v. Did not work and there was no WIFI! It was supposed to have a mini fridge but there was no fridge the bath tub was nasty and the shower curtain had mold all on the. The building reeked of hot piss. This was a disaster and very disappointing! This hotel should be closed immediately. The parking was horrible you have to parked one to two blocks away just to get parking. The parking garage that’s is delegated for this hotel is due to fall in at anytime and let’s not forget that the name of the hotel thats being advertised is not the actual name of the hotel! The name is Sea Mist something totally different than what’s on hotel.com never again! The staff was cool but still no help no one knew anything and pretended to be surprised that the rooms we this filthy! There were multiple guest in the lobby at one time with the same issue so this wasn’t just a missed room the was a whole jacked up hotel not just one of there buildings but ALL of there buildings! They need to do better because this ain’t it! Just nasty!

It looks nothing like it is advertised. The place is trashy. No working elevator. The pool is disgusting and closed. The room wasn’t cleaned. Had dirty, stained sheets. Asked for clean sheets but never received any. Bathroom had something spilled everywhere. Balcony door was screwed shut. Air worked in 1 room. Tv was unplugged and sitting in the floor. Towels were stained. Nowhere to rinse when coming off from the beach.
