We booked this hotel as we love the hot spring and ramen provided. However, the hotel is a bit old and the room seems not very clean. We got 2 adults and a 12-year old girl. We booked the club level room which is a bit bigger. I ended up sleeping with my daughter in one bed, which is bit cramp and the hotel cannot add one more bed. Hot spring is ok but not very big. Sometimes run out of locker and we need to wait. Maybe the crowd is due to the new year holiday peak.

When I checked in, I was informed that an extra child charge applied per child per night as they were older than 3 years old. This should have been included already in the price instead of suddenly mentioned only at check in. Expedia needs to honour the original price and refund me the additional child charge I paid.

地下鉄「祇園駅」３番出口から数分で行ける良いロケーションです。福岡空港からでも、JR 博多駅からでも、地下鉄ですぐですので非常に便利です。周辺には、和洋食さまざまなレストランがあり、食事には困りませんし、比較的安めなお店がたくさんあります。Canal City Hakata にも歩いて行け、屋台も楽しめて良いと感じました。ホテルの施設は、清潔で申しぶんなく、朝食も種類が多くお腹いっぱい食べられます。特に、温泉が少し熱めですが、非常に気持ちよく快適で、何度も入りたいと思いました。博多に行かれる場合はオススメのお宿です。
