The staff was welcoming as we checked in and explained the wifi connection, and breakfast in the morning. When exiting or entering the hotel we were acknowledged and asked if there was anything we needed.

Overall, this stay was about what you would expect for the price point. However, the customer service that I received during my stay was disappointing at best. During the entirety of my two-night stay neither my laptop, my phone or my wife's phone could you connect to the internet. We informed the front desk of this issue and they said they would be of no help but gave us a number to call instead. We called this number twice, each time being on the phone for over 45 minutes. Tech support was unable to resolve the issue and largely unhelpful at troubleshooting. We were told they would call us back with a solution, but they never did. I don't know how you be a brand new hotel in 2025 and not offer Wi-Fi to your customers. I even wrote to corporate after my stay and heard nothing back. Spend your money elsewhere and you'll likely receive a much better experience.
