We stayed on the 7th floor, hotel portion of the building, and were very pleased. The staff was extremely helpful, taxis will pick up right out front, location is walkable to train station. Room was clean, spacious, with outside space.

Right by the train station so useful if you’re travelling in by train. We only stayed one night but the hotel was clean, modern, and the breakfast was decent. It’s geared towards young travellers but it was a great base for exploring.

Super close to the train station. Cute and comfy room. Ilaria was so helpful and welcoming. The evening bartender was so lovely. I can’t remember his name unfortunately. Breakfast wasn’t worth it but in general a clean and safe place to stay.

CX is a very new facility... so new that our Welcome Pickup's driver didn't know it existed until he dropped us off there. This is a hotel with hostel-like amenities... large kitchen... large work out room... large social rooms, etc. Front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and holding our luggage in a locked locker for 1/2 day while we took a train to Pompey after we checked out of our room. Breakfast buffet offered for a small fee was simply AMAZING!

I had a fantastic experience at CX Hotel Naples. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or any requests. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Naples Central Station, making it perfect for visiting the city and nearby attractions. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Staff was great, hotel is well maintained and clean but Oh God outside felt pretty unsafe even on the daylight imaging at night, that area is not the best if you like to go out walking.

This is an excellent hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights and left the city for Sorrento. On the way back from Sorrento to Rome, we stopped at Naples for visiting Chapel of Sansevero. The hotel was very kind to offer us free luggage storage. We highly appreciate that. Also the breakfast was great.
