We had a premier 1 bed unit and overall the property was very comfortable. Good quality fittings, spacious and a large covered balcony but there are three points to be aware of: 1. The description implies there is a full kitchen - there isn't. There's a fancy combined oven/microwave but no hob and no cooking equipment so preparing any kind of hot food is a "challenge". There are many reasonably priced restaurants in Alicante but nevertheless... 2. The property is on Gran Via which as the name suggests is a busy main road so there is constant traffic noise. Not a big deal but noticeable when using the balcony 3. It's about a 45min walk down from the property to the sea front but there is a bus stop right outside with a bus every 15/20 min and while we were there 10 trips were costing €5.25 so virtually nothing. 4. There are various supermarkets within a 10min walk but otherwise nothing of interest to tourists in the general area. Having made these observations we enjoyed the stay and woud be happy to use the property again should we return to Alicante.

Place was in good enough condition, clean and there was a bottle of water for each guests which was a great thing because we arrived at 2am. Replies back very quick to any queries and requests. This is not a hotel but a flat with kitchen. There was power outage twice which was resolved quickly.

Only one toilet paper for a 3 night stay. No heater option available, despite a remote control which doesn’t control anything. It’s listed with a sofa bed, that I needed but there was no sheets or pillows for it. There was hair in the bed sheets and in the shower. I have photos to prove it.

En la entrada del hotel había un señor situación calle que comenzó a gritar por no darle dinero, El hotel no tiene parking propio, se estaciona en la calle y pasado las 22:00 no hay por donde estacionar. La habitación limpia, baño sin gel de ducha, con cabellos por las paredes y plato de ducha, wc con sarro, la taza con gotas de algo, lavamanos sucio, el aseo bastante deja que desear para lo que se pago. He pagado menos por mejores condiciones en alicante.

Recomiendo solo usarlo maximo de un dia para otro ya que: 1. Sofa-cama: terrible, tuve q poner el colchon en el piso para medio dormir. 2. Dejaron solo 1 rollo de papel higienico extra y minimo bajon de bano (se acabo el segundo dia y eramos 4 personas) 3. No dejaron ni un solo cafe como cortesia, ah, pero si dejaron una taza sucia. 4. Dejaron menos toallas y almohadas sabiendo q eramos 4. Las llaves de la puerta a la piscina no funcionaban, nos quedamos encerradas alli, casi llamamos a la policia porq no habia quien abriera. 5. La recepcion abre tardisimo y cierra temprano, nunca vinos a nadie alli. 6. Jamas cambiaron las toallas o sabanas en 4 dias de estancia. 7. Deje de solicitar cosas cuando note q la persona q atendia whatsapp no se enteraba de nada, no sabia cuantas pesonas habian rentado, ni el ayudo cuando el problema de la piscina... Lo unico bueno es la localizacion del lugar

Appartement moderne très joliment décoré. Accès facile avec pas mal de places de parking gratuites aux alentours. La piscine est très agréable. Il est un peu loin des lieux d'intérêt de la ville mais un bus passe en bas de l'immeuble pour aller au centre. Bémol au niveau de la cuisine : pas de plaque et peu d'ustensiles. Des fils électriques dénudés étaient présents dans la salle de bain.
