Casino Inn has suffered a loss of business, so you might have the place to yourself. The Casino Inn offers a decent breakfast, but the pool wasn't open in mid June 2025. Staff is very attentive and hard-working.

I was told there's a pool. The pool doesn't work. The man at the counter was nice enough but very hard to understand. I made the reservation for myself and husband. We're just about to get into bed and the counter guy knocks at the door wanting to see my husband's ID saying he didn't have a reservation after already seeing our ID and getting us all checked in. Then my husband had to get dressed go back out to the lobby and talk on the phone to the counter guys boss and explain he's my husband. We both have the same last name so I'm really not sure what the issue was. Not the best place but the bed seems comfy.

It was no TV service door locks was broken terrible smelling sheets and pillow cases I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the breakfast was horrible the man that put it out had the same Dusty clothes he had on night before and he just threw something up there never want to experience it again

Terrible experience- would never stay there again. Had to ring a bell and wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to show up. He spoke almost no English, tried to charge me more for the room. Got to the room - it said we were to be in a romantic room ,overlooking the pool - nope - all we could see was an overflowing dumpster in the back parking lot. A/C ran all night but did not cool the room down. Very very dissatisfied

The room I booked was for non smoking. The staff put me in a smoking room. It smelt as if it had never been cleaned or sanitized. It also was not pictured as advertised the rooms nor any other part of the establishment. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. There were places in the hall where it looked as if the ceiling was falling in on the third floor and also as we got off the elevator the wall paper and paint was chipped and cracked from water damage. There was no way I was laying my head down in there. The staff also know that the advertisement posted was not as they pictured it. They were not surprised at all. I'm patiently waiting on a refund. This was very unacceptable. The smell in the entire establishment was horrific. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER.
