Easy walk down from the train station. Very friendly staff, good daily cleaning of the room. Large room and decently sized bathroom. Small fridge in the room that had some cold drinks in them waiting for you. I had a second floor looking down into an excellent restaurant below in the alley. I ate their twice and probably best meals I had in Tropea. I decided to stay an extra few days and they were very willing to accommodate me. Would stay here again.

The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location although it was noisy as it was directly above an excellent restaurant that was very busy every evening. The cleaning staff were lovely but our biggest problem was the lack of care from the management team. The WiFi stopped working half way through our 4 day stay & despite their initial apologies that it was out of their control.. they stopped communicating about any updates with their attempts to fix the problem. Interestingly we couldn’t use our own WiFi either for some reason unless we stepped outside the building .. very strange but extremely frustrating given we did have work issues back home to attend to! We completely understand there being technical issues from time to time but this was handled in a very poor manner!

La struttura 'Suite Duomo' è situata nel pieno del centro storico di Tropea e, quindi, gode di una posizione strategica per quanti vogliano visitare le attrazioni di questo gradevolissimo borgo calabrese. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà ad individuare la struttura in quanto sulla facciata del palazzo storico che la ospita non è presente una targa che rechi la dicitura 'Suite Duomo'. Tuttavia, grazie al supporto del personale del ristorante 'Il Convivio' (che ringrazio molto), sono, poi, riuscito ad accedere all'alloggio. Ingresso ed uscite sono gestite in totale autonomia, con l'ausilio di una comoda chiave elettronica. La stanza è risultata essere piacevole e con la dotazione di aria condizionata, televisore, frigorifero (con bottiglietta di acqua in omaggio all'arrivo) e macchinetta per il caffè con due cialde al giorno a disposizione dei clienti. Il letto era molto comodo e confortevole. A causa del mancato funzionamento del televisore e al successivo intervento di un tecnico (molto gentile ed empatico), ho cambiato stanza e ne sono stato molto contento. La nuova stanza era dotata di balcone, finestra, bagno più comodo e televisore SAT con cui potere seguire Raiplay. Ottima la connessione internet in tutta la struttura e molto buono, pure, il servizio di pulizia quotidiano. La comunicazione con la Host Federica è stata eccellente e la ringrazio per la collaborazione. Consiglio molto questa struttura e, di sicuro, in un prossimo viaggio a Tropea la sceglierò senza esitazione.
