I stayed at this hotel while attending Dr Joe Dispenza’s retreat in Basel, Switzerland. The location was convenient, with bus stops nearby, although it’s worth checking the bus times as taxis can be expensive. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was disappointing. I requested room cleaning twice, but it wasn’t done. My bin became full, and I had to leave it outside the room myself. Coffee, drinks and other refreshments were also not replenished. Overall, the location and room were good, but due to the lack of housekeeping service, I would choose a different hotel if I attended the retreat in Basel again.
