"I had a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price"
Hilton Riyadh Olaya
"We arrived for check-in and found that the room assigned did not match the room type shown in our reservation. Our booking indicated one king bed and two twin beds, but we were initially assigned a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. The front desk explained that this was due to inaccurate room information displayed on the booking platform. In addition, the first room had a noticeable smoking odor despite being designated as non-smoking. We sincerely appreciate the staff’s prompt assistance in relocating us to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a heavily frosted/blurred window, which significantly affected the view and overall experience. Given the premium rate we paid, the room quality fell below our expectations. As we were celebrating a special occasion, the hotel kindly acknowledged our request, which was a thoughtful gesture. We also appreciated the complimentary light dinner, which was a nice addition to our stay."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more favourable rate for your stay in a hotel in Riyadh. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels might provide a more personalised experience and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If it appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options, assisting you in finding a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive. However, thanks to Riyadh's excellent public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often great value to be found.
