Just amazing, perfect amount of inside space for solo travelling, great shower and bathing room, and has everything you need for a long stay. It’s also right next to Horikiri Station, an underrated gem! the food places nearby are also a must try.

The property is near a train station 4 minutes walking distance. Safe area, secure property, wonderful scenery. I will want to book with this location again on my next visit to Japan

Excellent stay for some peace and quiet right beside one of the least used train stations in Tokyo. Great for getting the feel of a Japanese suburb.

It was very clean and they also have a washing machine, and very close to the train station although its location is a bit farther from the city center.

the property itself is perfect. the only issue is that it is not closed to the typical tour area.

Laundry was so helpful to have. Shower was great. It was useful that the bathroom/shower/kitchen area can be closed off by a door so you can have privacy when using. Doable for 3 people, can be difficult if you have a lot of oversized luggage. Bed was a bit hard.

Staying at GRANQUAL Horikiri was super nice! The rooms are super clean and it's near a university and hospital, so the area is generally very safe. Horikiri Station is only a 2minute walk away, but it is a little far from the main city. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Japan!

Overall the property was good. Everything we need for the stay was provided. Room size a bit narrow but manageable. Shower door quite tricky to close and open.

Great quiet neighborhood. Groceries, restaurants and convini, close by. Apartment was great, clean, a/c works amazing. Best place I’ve been in Tokyo area for sure! Will come back here.
