Location of property is great but not very well maintained, terrible smell in the room, able to hear all neighbours and other hotel guests, appeared as an unfinished quickly out together hostel vibe hotel

This was a very good hotel for our 1 night stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful We stayed on floor 1 in a quadruple suite Lots of room and clean with tea/coffee and water. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in the room Nice location with the tube only a short walk away. Lovely little high street with restaurants and shops Overall we had a great stay. The only downside is the hotel is going through renovation and decorating but this did not affect our stay

2/10 欠佳

The bathroom light was flickering all day and the staff did not fix it after being told. No safe box. Bath has no counter . Room uncleaned after last used by guest. Other guest clothes still in drawers. Drawers and lamp broken. Stairs to basement where room is is dirty and carpet ripped.

The staff at the property were welcoming and helpful, there was always someone at the desk - they were happy to refill teas and coffees or toilet paper, unfortunately the hair dryer wasn’t working but this is minor, the room whilst small was plenty big enough to move around and get ready, bigger than most London hotel rooms, the place was clean and maintained daily

The room was not clean and had a bad smell coming from the bathroom asked to move room but was not much better in need a lot of TLC within the room/bathroom and could do with a deep clean! Also would of been nice if they had air conditioning as the rooms while very hot was fans in the room but they was very dirty

Great staff- super friendly, was nice to store my luggage and had a lift. Rooms were cleaned everyday; not the comfiest beds but it's a comfy space in a quiet neighborhood

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja sijainti hyvä. Huone todella pieni kahdelle.

Nice little hotel for an overnight stop. Friendly staff. Room 102 ( twin beds) was clean although a little cramped. The bathroom door handle/lock was loose so was wary of locking it. The sink and shower water took ages to drain away. Fan located on wall was a god send in this hot weather. Local shops were a 5 minute walk away.

We had the 3 bed room and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and they have an elevator which was a bonus after carrying our luggage up and down flights of stairs at previous accommodations. The only thing I would say is the room is very small so there is not a lot of room to navigate around the beds and the beds were really comfortable, but not very wide so anytime you went to turn over you had to be really careful so you didn't fall out of the bed.

The location was good and the area pretty quiet. It’s very basic: a bedroom and a bathroom with inconsistent housekeeping. But all I need is a place to sleep and charge my phone
