This was easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the thoughtful and attentive staff to the beautiful property to the clean rooms, this place has it all. We felt well taken care of the entire stay and enjoyed all of the complimentary items provided by the hotel. It was so peaceful and allowed us to enjoy our time in San Sebastián that much more. We’ll miss you!

We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Luxe for 2 nights … lovely hotel located just outside San Sebastián (SS) on the cliff tops. Food from the Bistro was excellent (the main restaurant closes on a Sunday and Monday) …. Perfect for trips into SS using the local bus (number 16 -2 Euros fare) and a taxi or bus back as parking is very difficult in SS. Hotel ideal as a base for exploring the delights of SS and the Basque region… highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Luze Boutique hotel. The staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms really tastefully decorated. The view is stunning. We had a late lunch in the bar upon arrival which was excellent. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting San Sebastián.

Everything was amazing. Nice room, staff go above and beyond to meet any of your needs. The restaurant had just recently earned a Michelin Star and the food was fantastic. The spa was great too.

Very new hotel but some of the renovations felt a bit budget, but the cleaningness was great and staff as well - good option as an average well-managed hotel

The bed was amazing. It was hard to wake up! The hotel is quite a walk from the main part of San Sebastián, but worth it, as you walk past the beach at the bottom of the hill. The pool area is good; the gym is small but good; the restaurant has an excellent chef; and overall the hotel is peaceful and lovely.

2/10 Poor

The bathroom had a terrible off gas like sewer smel. At night anytime we run the Aircondition again had this terrible smell coming to the room like a dead raccoon. No conditioner in the showerHotel was supposed to have functioning pool and it was not. Great location friendly staff but the smell and other stuff made it such a bad experience s

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was truly unforgettable. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warm and personalized hospitality that made us feel genuinely special. The attention to detail, the beautiful surroundings, and the tranquil atmosphere created an experience that exceeded all our expectations. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness and professionalism were evident throughout our visit. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional service, a serene environment, and a truly unique experience, I can't recommend this hotel enough. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return.

Stayed Overnight

It was no problem checking in, and everything was ok. Not an issue with the room, except it is pretty small. Had to pay 25 Euros for the Sauna, really should be included as it’s quite pricey, in my opinion. Breakfast was wonderful!

8/10 Very good

Our main issue with this hotel is flies everywhere, at reception, dining areas such as breakfast room, with lack of attention to this by staff. Slow breakfast service and at times sloppy service. The rooms had a bath tub which is unnecessary and for a new refurbished hotel, was a bad idea in my opinion as it cramped the room size. For the overall experience overpriced!
