A lovely stay overlooking the Basilica of San Francesco, aka, St. Francis. The hotel was well located with off-site parking, just a few minutes walk from the door. Simple rooms, but not austere, we had a phenomenal view of the Basilica. The breakfast was very nice, again simple but wholesome. The staff was wonderful and you're right in the heart of a glorious walking village.

This hotel is fantastic! The balcony view of the Tuscan landscape and the Basilica was incredible. The twin bed was adequate and fit the theme of staying at a former monastery. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel has a chapel inside (it was a monastery) and that was an added treat. The main churches were easily accessible. I cannot imagine staying at a more beautiful place in Assisi than this hotel!

Que bela escolha fizemos. A vista é maravilhosa, o jantar ao pôr do sol na varanda com vista à Basílica de São Francisco, o serviço dos funcionários, a cidade de Assisi… todos esses componentes formam uma experiência inesquecível. Havíamos esquecido de reservar estacionamento (tema muito crítico para a cidade) e um funcionário gentilmente procurou uma solução e sim foi possível estacionar na propriedade. Claro que a sorte ajudou um pouco visto que o espaço é limitado. Recomendo atenção nesse sentido.

Wow Lord was good to us location location location could not have picked best place whole Assisi. Breakfast just the best staff multi lingual friendly so helpful. The terrace takes your breath away then u are able to eat dinner just grateful and very appreciative. Will come back for sure

I can find anything wrong with the hotel. The way they operate was flawless. The staffs Carla and Isabel were the best of their kind. Breakfast is awesome and did I mention the dinner on the terrace. Fantastic!! The location is the greatest. Just beside the Basilica of St Francis of Assisi. I will go back for sure and share the experience to all our family and friends.

Great location. Espectacular view! Staff is very nice and considerate. It is not a luxury hotel, however it doesn’t need to be, keep in mind that the building used to be a monastery. Breakfast was good. Cakes are unbelievably delicious.

Perfect location directly across from the Basilica but very challenging to get to. Room was very plain, small single bed, no closet or drawers but sufficient for one night. Views were outstanding! If driving, must reserve parking as well.

Todo muy bien, pero el estacionamiento no estaba incluido, y cuando llegamos ya no había sitio para estacionar. Tuvimos que estacionar en el estacionamiento gratis del pueblo que queda cerca. Pero deberían tener un plano para indicar donde se encuentra el estacionamiento.
