Overall, it was a great stay. Two guys at the reception were really helpful and accomodating, amenities were clean, and the common area was well maintained. However, the only downside was that whether they were locals or not, they occupied the common area almost every day, so I couldn't use it, and they were noisy even at midnight, which was annoying. If this had been managed properly, it would have been a perfect stay.

A pleasant stay overall. The standout feature of this hotel is definitely the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests warmly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel is quiet, well-maintained despite not being a new property, and in a great location within walking distance of Bui Vien Street, so it’s convenient without being disturbed by the nightlife. The only downside was a security incident. A drunk guest mistakenly tried to enter my room, claiming she was my friend. Surprisingly, her key card was able to unlock my room, which was quite alarming. Thankfully, the staff responded quickly, took the situation seriously, and ensured that no one else could access my room for the remainder of my stay. Despite this incident, I appreciate the staff’s friendliness and prompt handling of the situation.

NO. THE CLERK WHO TOLD ME HE WAS THE OWNER. HE TOLD ME MY DOG COULD STAY IN HIS CRATE ON THE TERRACE. THEN HE CHANGED HIS MIND AND TOLD ME NO. NO PETS ALLOWED. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY WITHOUT A REFUND.

Super chambre, propre avec eau chaude et air conditionné. Chambre propre avec quelques details, traces sur les murs ou autres qui sont bien négligeable comparé au prix très abordable d'une chambre double avec tous les services. La chambre est qui plus est en plein centre ville mais dans une rue calme donc parfait
