Our room was great and close to the city and the Melbourne Market. It was easy for us to park at Wilson Carpark only 2 doors away. We requested to get an early check in and that was easy too. Our host Ollie was there to meet us and explain the process with keys and how to get in after hours. Very happy with our choice.

Good location. Surprised how much smaller it was than we anticipated. Had paid more for 'Grand Studio' but was very small and pokey. No room for suitcases etc. Didn't realise it was not a hotel with normal check-in routine until later in the booking and probably wouldn't do this again. Having to organise an exact time to check in, waiting out on the street before check in and and no-where to store luggage is not ideal.
