I wanted to share some feedback about my check-in experience. Since I arrived in the evening, it was difficult to get assistance, and the directions provided for accessing the building were unclear—the swipe point was actually on the side rather than in between, and it wasn’t clear which key fob to use. The following day, I called to get help again but wasn’t able to receive clear guidance. I eventually tracked down the manager later that afternoon, but if I hadn’t had a friend nearby, I wouldn’t have had a place to stay that first night. Clearer instructions and more accessible support during check-in would be very helpful for future guests.
