6/10 不錯

Staff knew the toilet paper was not in the room. The show curtain was also gone, and I didn’t notice till getting ready to shower in the morning. We picked this hotel for the EV chargers, but they only added 30% from 10 pm till 6 am

We enjoyed our stay
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

There are no amenities. No change of towels, and no toilet paper unless you beg the front desk for it which I did after purchasing my own. There was no in room coffee maker, pots, utensils or oter amenities. I received a clean room with no toilet paper and coffee only when the staff got around to turning the machine on. I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. There are other comments, but I will hold back to protect some of what appears to be the year round (long stay) dwellers of the place.

It was kind of quiet and close to the hospital. That's about all I can say for this hotel. Going to try another next time we have an early procedure at UW Madison East.

I wanted to get a refund for the nights i did not stay and they said they could not help me i ended up having to do a dispute with my bank. There was a baby crying the whole time and the walls are so thin u can hear everything.

The fact you all charge for pots n pans when it’s usually complimentary with these kind of rooms
真實評價

Minimal supplies in kitchen. No in-room coffee maker. Coffee make was turned on a bit late both days and would be nice to have coffee available earlier in morning for early risers. New hotel with nice amenities. I will plan to stay here regularly on drill weekends.
