in the resort i thought at least the fruits and juice will be terrific, but instead it was horrible, the breakfast fruits has few options and looks terrible. and the juice in the AZURE beach club i have ordered different juices for the past few days was also horrible, taste like it was filled with water, taste dull. that was a real down side.
another down side was asking the hotel to reserve a taxi , of course we can always order a GRAB car for ourselves, but when in early mornings when there might be no grab we needed to reserve a taxi which the hotel said it must be reserved 30 minutes ahead, which was fine. but when we reserveed the taxi 30 minutes ahead and waited for our car, and 30 minutes past and they just told us there are no taxi so we have to take the hotel cab which is 2 times expensive than a taxi and we have to take it because we needed to catch the plane. i thought that was a little like robbery.
Poor service! Cart is their means of transportation to go to rooms yet hotel staff incharged were discriminating or letting guests who can ride first according to their choice. I requested and waited and I’m local yet a foreign nationals who just arrived got the ride first. Worst, the staff when asked why, did not say anything and not even sorry for it! This happened at around 8:45 in the evening where it’s scary to walk to their maze kind of path going to rooms! VIP 20% discount as promised upon checked in were not deducted; I emailed the property but did not reply. I have to contact the expedia staf for platinum member service. This is my second review of my entire hundred + of hotel stays through expedia… This much speaks my frustration!
