Spotless property that felt very safe. Location was perfect! The hosts were kind and helpful, Eumir arranged for taxi transport back to the airport which was awesome. I had a very early arrival and there was flexibility with our check in time. Our room didn’t have any natural light but was equipped and well cared for. Thank you!

10/10 Exceptional

Our one week stay at Lasai Casa Puebla was excellent. It was spacious and we enjoyed the patio and terrace common areas which we used to play games in the evenings. The location is excellent- within close walking distance to many restaurants, parks, cafes, and a $3 usd Uber ride to museums. Emir was an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival and offered help any time we needed it. He was very friendly. Would stay here again in the future.

It’s a clean place and staff are friendly. But it’s very noisy . My window is facing the street and I feel I am sleeping on the street.

The staff were excellent and the location was convenient, but the noise from cars and construction was very loud, which was the only really disappointing part.

It was an excellent stay. So much so that we even decided to extend our visit to CDMX. The room was cozy and squeaky clean. Thanks Aime for making the room so spotless. And equally thanks Eumir (at reception) for all your support and suggestions. Great stay and highly recommended!!!
