Location of the hotel was not from restaurant and shopping to hotel interior from the hallway to the room were very clean. They’re doing some upgrades on the outer appearance of the hotel overall very nice hotel the breakfast of the continental button. I think they could have maybe just a little bit more on the continental breakfast was very basic

I really enjoyed my stay! This is a charming, boutique-style hotel with such a welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and made me feel right at home. (Especially Lourdes!) The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my weeklong stay, including a microwave, which was a nice bonus! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the convention center, Lincoln Road shopping and dining, and even Trader Joe’s. The hotel itself is smaller and quaint, with a nice little pool area. The only minor downside was the hallway carpeting, which was a bit dated and had some staining. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience!

The initial staff were very good, attentive, welcoming, helpful. However, the late afternoon & evening staff were the opposite. They were unresponsive & reluctant to assist with questions or service! Basically, the difference in the staff behavior completely cancelled a high rating and dropped it to a zero! What a shame, I left with a very poor impression! :-(

Very clean establishment (room, pool area, front desk area, hallways and elevator). Front desk clerks were super friendly and efficient. My stay was flawless. Please take note of the parking situation (garage, valet, etc). The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining the options and prices for parking. The establishment is in a very quiet area that feels very safe.
