Awesome place to stay. This was our second visit and we will go back.

We had a wonderful time at the Palms hotel. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was very clean and always serviced quickly in he AM. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. One day, for extra, we got a cabana on the beach - it was great. There is a lot of construction going on near the hotel - but they have done a great job of limiting noise and inconvenience. The hotel is a couple miles from the heart of South Beach - which means a short Uber or walk to many restaurants. But the bonus is that the area near the hotel is a little less frantic. Probably ideal for those who are not there to "party." I would highly recommend the hotel. The only thing I would suggest, is updating the lunch / beach food menu. Given the area (SoBe), it could be a little more imaginative. It was ok - and very convenient when you are on the beach or at the pool. But I think they could come up with something better.

Overwhelmingly mediocre

Second time I’ve stayed here. I love it/ my home away from home. I appreciate the extra touches you provide due to Covid. One concern: your sweet parrots at poolside. Their water bowl is always dry. Their toys fell to the ground and not picked up. They seem lethargic and sunshine is always trembling. Makes me sad. Are they being taken care of properly?

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms while visiting Miami for the first time. The property is beautiful, the staff is great and the location was nice as well.

We had problems with room entry cards. They were demagnetizing very easily. I was at the front desk at least once a day.

What’s not to like? EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! Staff was so attentive. Service was amazing.
