First, the hotel is nice, and in a good location. However, the customer service at the front desk and front door attendants need improvement. Some of them were very nice people, while others really need to learn the meaning of customer service and being friendly to guests.
Second, I paid for a executive suite, with included breakfast buffet, and lunch and dinner snacks and drinks.
I am not a heavy eater, however I do like to enjoy good food.
I noticed after going to get a 2nd plate of food during the buffet, the waitresses will give you icy stares, and mumble in Thai because they are tired of standing and having to clean your table, or the quantity of food that one consumes.
Third, when entering their small gym, yet again half of the staff are friendly people, while the older women working there seem to angry to have to smile and just say Hello.
Giving you icy stares and rude behavior seems to be the norm.
