This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Very quite and peaceful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe here as well. Not a lot of food options so be prepared to go out to eat or bring something.

The decoration is so beautiful. Very colonial but doesn’t like is not coffee available for the costumers is very strange because this is country coffee 🤔

Unacceptable Double Charging & Refusal to Refund Rating: 1 / 5 I had a terrible experience with this hotel regarding their billing practices. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite bringing this to the management's attention, they refused to refund the duplicate charge. Customer service was completely unhelpful and uncooperative in resolving a clear billing error made on their part. Charging a guest twice for the same reservation and withholding their money is unacceptable. I strongly advise caution to anyone booking a stay here. Double-check your bank statements carefully, as this property does not take responsibility for its financial mistakes.

This place was wonderful ! Beautiful rooms & bathrooms! I stayed in 3 different ones, the pool was cold but beautiful! Hot tub & steam room worked great! If you want to use hot tub aske them to turn it on for you ahead of time. The gardens trees & views of the mountains are spectacular.
