Not the best service
The breakfast was not very good and hot items we're often cold. Also since they were remodeling, the carpets in the hallways were dirty and some finishing touches in the rooms were overlooked. I have stayed here before and this time the service was not very good.

I have come to this hotel several times before, and used to enjoy it a lot. This time however the staff was rude, the breakfast Experience was disappointing, and “in the name of COVID “ they wouldn’t let guests enjoy the property to its full potential

Photos are so edited that it is such a disappointment when you see it on site, being kind of old and tacky. Front desk staff where beyond unwelcoming and unhelpful. They charge extra fee for breakfast (obviously apart of what you order)just because you didn’t fall for the free breakfast scam in one of the distasteful superior rooms.

Very spacious and nice to be just walking around. The gym is nice only issue is that you must walk out to it and it was raining when I went. Besides that, it’s a nice place and free shuttle to the airport. If you want to be in Medellín then get another hotel, since it’s a bit of a drive and a bit pricy to be going back and forth to Medellín downtown.

Beyond pleasant
Awesome! Woke up with the Bottle Brush trees not bushes filled with hummingbirds enjoying their breakfast as much as we enjoyed the house breakfast! Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel in all aspects and very attractive. All staff very good, excellent restaurant. Close to airport. Very reasonable price for such a very fine room and all facilities. Grade A in every way and would recommend highly to anyone needing an overnight stay near the airport.
