Excellent small hotel. Nice room, great facilities & very tasty breakfast selection. Only 20 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and close to the bus stop. Highly recommended.

Sunrise Lodge is beautifully maintained and the team especially James could not be more friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was cooked to order each morning and delicious.

The room was fine and clean and very quiet, bed and duvet were very comfortable, lovely hot shower. Unfortunately not the weather for the pool, but it looked lovely. James was a great hot and made us a great breakfast each day.

10/10 Exceptional

My wife and I (seniors) spent four nights at the Sunset in May and really enjoyed the place. First, the location is great. It's on a main bus route and easy to get to the harbor ferries and buses. Second, it's a nice quiet neighborhood. Third, it's within walking distance of some lovely neighborhood restaurants. Fourth, James, the manager wows everyone with the homemade breakfasts! He's also eager to help answer questions and assist travelers. We would definitely return to the Sunset Lodge.
