We enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn - Lambeth Rd. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was extensive and had something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but it did seem that they were incredibly busy. We requested housekeeping three times (once just for a change of sheets during to our son having a bloody nose in the middle of the night, once just for toilet paper) and once they missed us when we requested a change of towels, but they quickly brought more that evening when we called down. We appreciate the need to let in to every floor, it made us feel safer with our kids traveling with us and popping over to grandma’s room a few doors down.

Very good hotel, close to everything. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around the city. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. The duty manager, Tonima, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My daughter Safa even spent some time with her in the lobby and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is very quiet, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall.

Bus right outside the door. Same goes for rentable bicycles. Easy to get around. Pretty new hotel, and good rooms. The shower had a leak, and not so much pressure in the sink. But ok enough. Good beds and ekstra pillows! We had 1 double bed and 2 extras. Worked great. Good view. The breakfast area was small and bad ventilated, but fair enough. Breakfast was simple, but ok. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were lucky to get a corner room with amazing views of Big Ben and London eye. Room was very quiet. Bathroom was very small and shower pressure was very low. Did not have a fridge to keep drinks cold, although there was iced water in the main reception where you could fill a drink bottle. Great breakfast. Hotel was close to many London attractions ie London eye, Big Ben, Westminister Bridge. Would definitely stay here again.

The staffs were friendly and nice. The room was clean. But not maintained too well. Light bulb was missing on one of the lamps, the curtain rod was loose and fell, there is no amenities (no shampoos or conditioners, no small face towels, no cups, etc) just the bare minimum. Just a body soap for everything. I liked the location.

We had an excellent stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The hotel is also close to the metro and bus stations, and within walking distance of attractions like Big Ben and the London Eye. We would definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is pretty good for the money you pay, even during the busy season: simple but good breakfast, comfortable bed and great location. But what makes the stay there absolutely incredible is the hotel staff, especially Aika. She went above and beyond while serving us, was very kind and attentive to all requests. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were friendly, but we encountered a problem when we checked in. I had notified the hotel of our late arrival, due to our flight schedule, several days in advance by phone and message , but this notice hadn’t been taken into account. When we arrived at 3am, we were charged for the room as a no-show and so had to pay £70. Fortunately, Hotels.com was very responsive and refunded the amount, but it wasn’t really a pleasant experience, especially when you’re very tired from the flight and have exhausted children.

The room was comfortable. Fit my family of four with each of my two teenage kids having their own bed (important to us). The bath tub was challenging to get in and out of it due to it being too tall. This hotel is located relatively central to several sites with a bus stop directly in outside of the hotel. However, the hotel is not located in a touristy area. This made it hard finding open restaurants and stores nearby the week of Christmas difficult, while the tourist areas seemed to be operating normally with many options. We did encounter a few minor issues, but the staff remediated any problems fairly.
