Our experience was first class and we were so happy with the staff, and grateful to Matthew for the friendly happy hour with sweet guests and the chocolate chip cookies were a hit before bed. I ended up with a bonus day in Charleston and I found the room rate to get excellent for the location, the amenities and the room overall. Beautiful room layout, love the bathroom! The rooftop kitchen and bar was fun and had amazing food! Such a great location!

Our room was great and spacious. Cocktails were perfect and breakfast was a great treat to start the day. The staff were friendly and very helpful! Our room wasn’t ready so we left our suitcases with the staff. When we got back, the suitcases were already delivered to our room. How nice was that! You must have a drink in the rooftop bar.

Very nice hotel in a great location- lovely staff and nice breakfast. The one bedroom was perfect for us. Only complaint is a full kitchen but only 2 plates, knifes, forks etc. Also really need to work on being more green - start with recycling! Far too much plastic in the excellent coffee shop
