The staff is very nice. Hotel is very clean, room was clean as well. Very close to everything. Family friendly 100%. My kids loved them, we will definitely come back. The pool is great! I recommend it.
I would add brighter lights to the room and bathroom.

La habitación con poco mantenimiento, solo cuenta con 2 contactos de luz, si conectar el teléfono para cargarlo , tienes que apagar la luz, el personal en recepción no conoce los procesos y tiene que llamar a otra persona que le dé instrucciones, no hay agua caliente en la regadera 🚿 al menos nunca llegó, no hay teléfono para llamar a la recepción, el colchón si estaba en buenas condiciones...
