The Hotel Staff and Hotel Manager were very professional and above and beyond friendly. We had some issues with two of our rooms, the Manager quickly resolved the issues. In my opinion top 3 best ever Manager and staff I've ever delt with. Price was right on point. The building is newly renovated we also enjoyed the rooftop.

La habitación es muy cómoda y cuentas con todo para poder sentirte como en tu casa, microondas, parrilla electrica, enseres necesarios etc. El único detalle es que el personal no siempre se encuentra en recepción y no hay manera de encontrarlos, si vas a necesitar algo temprano (mas o menos a las 7 am no hay nadie) creo que hasta las 9 llega el relevo

Excelente ubicación, a espaldas de un centro comercial, frente a un hospital y muy cerca de la gran plaza , zona muy tranquila, accesible. Todo muy bien solo que no hicieron aseo el segundo día de mi estancia y bajé al lobby para una consulta y no había nadie. Estuve unos minutos, toque la puerta pero nadie apareció así que subí a mi habitación y bajé después y ya había alguien.

Terrible que se los ocurra que después de las 9:00pm no hay check in y tampoco sea reembolsable lo pagado. Perdí más de 1,500 pesos solo porque no tienen el servicio al cliente NORMAL de un hotel y puedan recibirte hasta las 12:00am, como normalmente ocurre. Evítense el robo y NO reserven aquí.
