The staff at reception was wonderful! We showed up later in the day than we anticipated so the kitchen was closed but Caroline suggested ordering Just Eat to deliver food. The beds were comfortable and the water nice and hot. We only stayed one night but would love to come back for another stay!

I work away from home for 11 months of the year so stay in a few hotels. This hotel ranks as one of the best. The cleaners were exceptional, couldnt believe they cleaned the room everyday. All the staff whom i spoke to were very polite. Area excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to take the family with me. Works have a limit for my expenses so can only stay when there are offers. The hotel is located opposite Queen Park, and quite close to centre. Nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I was upgraded to Club Room, which is always nice. Friendly receptionists.
