交通非常便利又經濟的酒店

酒店鄰近火車和地鐵站，交通非常方便，附近環境也寧靜。房間裝修新凈，唯獨缺少熱水煲。清潔方面需要加強，因有頭髮遺留在地上。但前台的接待很好。

Good

The hotel is near by the train station nord. The hotel is very clean, and new. Clean lady are nice, even I left tge tip to her, but she didnt take it. But the staffs in reception who without smiling. They look unhappy, that is Romanian style? I don't know. In general, the price is ok. And the hotel is so clean. I will come back if I come back.

Small budget hotel at a convenient location

The hotel is very close to the train station and metro station. So it is very convenient. The toilet and the shower area are separated. The shower area is very small. The room has no hairdryer and the hairdryer can be borrowed from the front desk, which may not be available for use if other guests keep it. The room is very clean and has extra pillows and blankets. Staff speak good English. They are quite nice and helpful. Therefore, a short stay at the hotel is quite good.

飯店位置很好離車站近，但周邊環境不好，有許多流浪漢席地而睡，飯店乾淨網路快速，是個好的商務旅館，唯服務人員態度不好，冷淡不親切。

Hello…simple clean well located

I’ve enjoyed my business trip to Bucharest and the Hello Hotel was perfectly adequate. Well located, landed at OTP and caught train (£1.03) to Gare Du Nord, left off end of platform and turn right down the street, it was just on your right about 2 minutes. In the Gare du Bord is a carrefour express, essential for this budget stay. Room has nice bed, clean, desk for work, standard euro plug sockets, tv, hair dryer, nice shower. No coffee or water, no safe, or iron. So stock up at carrefour and possibly ask reception about an iron. Coffee and bear and food available in bar, adjoining hotel does breakfast which is okay, coffee and juice were good, but croissants appeared dry. Still for such a cheap room these small things are unimportant. Walk to palace and old town was safe and enjoyable this is a great city. The metro is well worth using and the map in hello hotels reception helped locate metro stop in relation to streets. Hotel books taxis at reception at quiet times about 5-10 minutes wait and busy times about 10-20 mins. I would come again, highly recommended.

The hotel was ok, nothing special. The room was clean and the beds were comfy (even though they were slightly on the small & low side) - the majority of the staff were friendly. The toilet in the room was not private so a little awkward if sharing with someone else. The bar had a few different beers on offer, but not enough kept in the fridge. The breakfast included with the stay was in the hotel next door, same with evening meals. Very close to the Metro and train station for ease of getting to and from the airport and the city.

Il personale è molto gentile, purtroppo lascia a desiderare il sistema che hanno organizzato per fare colazione e cioè bisogna uscire fuori dalla struttura e andare nella struttura vicina, ( anche quando piove).Dopo in fase di prenotazione non mi sono accorto che il bagno che si trova all'interno della stanza, la porta è aperta nella parte superiore comunicante con la stanza, senza ariatore, quindi permette l' uscita di odori e suoni sgradevoli quando lo si usa.Per finire la Doccia non ha una luce interna.
